If you're not yet registered, you can sign up on the WellSky website by submitting the information below. Once you’ve submitted the information below, you’ll receive a email invitation directly from us. Once you receive the email invitation, you will be prompted a complete brief registration process to create a secure User Name and Password. You will need your NPI# for identity validation, as well as your state license number.
